Standard Services
We cover an area within a 25 mile radius of Chepstow. We aim to respond to a call out within 24 hours. The length of the treatment varies according to the level of the infestation. Rats and mice will require at least 2 treatments.

Other Services
Whilst maintaining the highest levels of pest risk management for our customers, we always stay aware of many non-target species among urban and rural wildlife, as unique elements of our national flora and they need protection.
We are involved in the control of moles, rabbits and grey squirrels under strictly regulated conditions. All staff involved in these operations have specific training to a high standard.
We also set our own standards for the management of other mammals such as fox and mink.
The service we are able to offer covers:
- Feral pigeons.
- Seagulls.
- Crows.
- Squirrels.
- Rabbits.
- Foxes.
- Deer.
- Any other pest that requires this method of control.
We use a variety of guns including air guns, shot guns (silenced or un-silenced), centre fire, and rimfire (silenced).
All operatives are competent in the use of these fire arms and are fully licensed and insured.
Safety
The health and safety of the public is of paramount importance and a risk assessment is always carried out prior to any treatment.
A minimum of two operatives are required at all times for any shooting/culling operation.
